Kaileigh and her manager demonstrate very good knowledge of the products. They served me beyond closing hours and ensured that they gave me sufficient time to arrive at a decision by helping me weigh different pros and cons (through their product knowledge). They didn't rush me into a decision and were polite and provided me adequate time and customer service.

We were highly satisfied because we were instantly seen by Nandita who made us very welcome. She show us different mattresses to try and it help a lot. She explained the finance to me perfectly and clear. When we left the store we were staying how great customer service that was and happy what we purchase, I would go back there again.

Our experience at the Old Kent Road branch was genuinely outstanding. Kaleigh, the salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable, personable and patient, while her colleague took the time to occupy our young daughter while we chose our new mattress. We are not keen shoppers but the whole process far exceeded expectations and this is thanks to the quality and enthusiasm of your staff at the store. Customer service was head and shoulders above what we have become used to enduring at large-scale retailers along Old Kent Road. You need to nurture and keep hold of the likes of Kaleigh!

Had in store some of the products that we were interested in. The sales assistant pointed out the differences of the different mattresses which helped us make the final decision. We were not pressurised and could try them out for comfort and there was plenty of choice. They were situated downstairs which was good as one of us has mobility problems.

I found Nandita very very helpful. She was available as soon as I entered the store and offered me pastries and juice - which I did not have but it was nice to be offered. She listened to my budget concerns and sold me an ex display matress, so I came in on budget. She showed me many options of bed base, not being put our when I wanted to see some again. Overall, it was a very good experience and my beds are being delivered on Friday, which is the day I wanted, ready for a Saturday move in

Gina was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Explained in a way we understood. Didn't 'sell' too much. Gave us space to look around the store and work out what we wanted whilst being on hand if we needed and listened to us. Really great to deal with.

The visit to the dream pillows was perfect. Dream colleagues make me and my family to be comfortable, she is highly experience person fir the job (KRISTY) she us the best. She my family to love dream pillows more. We will come back for shopping and recommend family friends

Kaileigh was really helpful and patient with me for I took a while deciding on which mattress to pick. She helped me understand the different type of mattress technologies and gave me tips on how to test a mattress. Really kind, friendly and knows her stuff - thumbs up!
