The reception by staff was fantastic, they took care of our children, served us coffee - just great!

Great product knowledge and great hospitality throughout my visit and purchase. Didn’t feel rushed, pressured or obliged to make a purchase. Staff stayed late to so I could continue making my decision. Just a great survive throughout. Gina in the new cross store is brilliant at what she does and knows her stuff!

The staff was of good help, she was the only staff in store, but managed to engage all customers visiting the store one after the other. i'm more satisfied by her help during my visit

We were very impressed with the knowledge of the sales assistant Gina, she spent lots of time showing us different option to suit our needs. Was able to explain each of the different mattresses, how they were made. Went for a mattress for my teenage son. I also asked Gina if I could try out the Tempur mattress. OMG i could feel that pains in my back easing. I want one! Gina deserves a promotion, a wonderful lady.

Wonderful customer service

visited the new cross gate store today 26/11/2018 to look for single bed for my son on entering store was greeted by GINA who we explained to her what we were looking for she showed us various types of single beds and allowed my son to try for comfort on various mattresses she showed us many different styles we found her to be most helpful she was very polite at all times as well as her knowledge of beds was very helpful we ended purchasing this bed from her she made process so easy for us because I was undecided on to which bed to purchase we was not pressured or rushed in any way what so ever she had a lot of time for us and answered all my questions in a very professional manner she made us feel at home even offered us a hot drink while we were making up our minds well done to GINA you are a diamond brilliant job other stores should learn off you were truly first class for customer experience once again many thanks to GINA God Bless

The staff were very helpful and friendly and took the time to explain the product and answer all questions asked.

The store was clean and nicely laid out, and staff were around to assist me at every point. Until I was ready to be served they didn’t pressure me and I didn’t feel like I was experiencing a ‘hard sell’ at any point. I was able to try different mattress firmness types on my own until I wanted to speak to someone, and then a member of staff was with me very quickly.
