Dreams - New Cross

Advice about flexibility of Dreams delivery staff in the light of a minor injury to my right hand which will create extra work for them.

Nandita was really pleasant She greeted me upon entrance to the store Was really positive and had a good energy Was happy to show me the bed I was looking for and seemed enthusiastic about the product She gave me time to sample the beds by myself which let me feel secure about my decision She also spoke to me about my different options and helped me figure out what would be best for me Generally had a really good conversation and just a very pleasant person to engage with Thanks Nandita Thanks Dreams

Tha sales assistant was very helpful, and seemed to know her products very well

Because the sales rep took the time to ask questions to better understand my needs. Then she ushered me to try multiple beds in my price range and to satisfy my needs. I left with a happy heart knowing I did not break the bank and looking forward to good nights'.

Gina obviously enjoys her job. Her positivity is contagious. She has a wealth of knowledge and it was a breeze to buy the mattress

This was the first time me and my Partner visited the store.We did not intend to buy anything this evening,just wanted to browse.But from the moment we entered the store we have been welcomed by a lovely lady and she amazed us with her service.Gina was highly professional and really cared about what we needed.Her facinating service was the reason we changed our minds and this very evening we spent £3326.80 in store.She helped us to choosw the products we needed and even persuaded us of buying other products we might need.We are really happy that we met Gina and will certainly to that store because of heir knowledge of the ptoducts and approach to customers.

Stuff was very nice and offered a coffee and tee , spend the time to find the perfect mattress . filling out documents was great as well.

Gina who served me on that day, she was friendly and very helpful of what I need and very knowledgeable on all the products .

Every question I asked, they knew it straight away! No guessing. She was Polite, friendly. I all got a cup of tea and it was freezing outside and I got offered a cuppa! I was well happy. I was highly happy with the service, the only thing with that, If I want anything else from dreams I’m going to the same lady! She knows her stuff and very helpful! The amount of questions I asked, I would of probably got fed up but the lady was still happy to answer every question for me plus more.
