Dreams - New Cross

Gina, the lady that helped us was fantastic! Her patience and product knowledge, as well as her enthusiasm was highly commendable!

I visited the Dreams store at the New Cross Retail Park in London three times in my deliberation to buy a new mattress. On all occasions I was greeted by a friendly member of staff and offered a cup of tea or coffee whilst I looked at and tried out the wide range of mattresses available. Gina in particular was extremely helpful and friendly in her manner, was very knowledgeable in her dealings with me and was patient for all 3 of my visits. Because of the high standard of service from Gina (and having received none on my 3 visits to the Bensons for Bed store located right next door) I made a conscious decision to buy my mattress from Dreams. So a huge credit for Gina.

Gina was very helpful, telling us all about the way the furniture worked, and explaining the insurance and delivery.

Nandita, who served me during the payment and ordering process was very helpful and was able to very quick in her understanding of exactly what I wanted.

The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and actually listened istead of just giving a sales pitch.

Gina at the new cross branch was very friendly. She really knew her stuff and stayed nearly 2 hours after closing time to help me make my purchase! She was extremely patient and it was her treatment of me that made me make the purchase in the end.

The lady who dealt with us knew the product well, gave us lots of options and was friendly and helpful without being pushy

Gina was very helpful explaining the various options both in terms of the products I was interested in and for the finance options. Delivery was arranged quickly and the whole process was hassle-free.
