The staff were friendly and a colleague called Kristy in the new cross store helped us a lot

Gina came over to see me as soon as I arrived, talked me through the colour coding of the different types of mattress, the technicalities of why each bed feels the way it does and offered me a cup of tea while I tried out the mattresses for myself. When I found the product I wanted she then introduced me to Rayanne who was also incredibly helpful, friendly, and clear about every different delivery option, dates etc. I only came in expecting to decide everything was too expensive, but left very happy and glad I'd made the journey.

Very friendly staff, and Rayanne who served me was helpful and very pleasant. I had reserved an item and it was waiting for me when I arrived. That's where we will be buying our next furniture for the bedroom!

This is a large purchase for us, and we want to make sure that the money we are investing in our bed and mattress is worth it. The sales people were knowledgeable and helped us navigate through the choices by being consultative but not overbearing. We felt happy with what was on offer, the ability to continually try out different choices, and the process to get everything ordered and paid for. We even got offered a cup of coffee whilst everything was being processed, which was a nice touch.

The sales assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable and one of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Unfortunately the store had no disabled access to the upstairs area where most of the products I was interested in were kept. I cannot manage steps but the store assistant went up stairs with my partner to take videos and demonstrations of how the beds work and look. It was a shame that the store didn’t have access as it was a large store but the store assistant did her best to listen to what I desired and helped me find it.

The staff were friendly and efficient could not fault their customer service. Nandita was very helpful indeed.
