I found the sales assistant very helpful and polite and found me just what i was looking for.

From entering the store to leaving we were treated with respect and the staff had so much knowledge and experience.

As soon as I walked in Gina came over to check on me. She also made very good suggestions & helped me through my choices.

Nandita was highly knowledgeable and was able to show a thorough understanding of each mattress including the design and technical aspects of each. She was friendly and efficient and encouraged us to try loads of different options before making or final decision. The try out pillows are a great idea!!! I loved he fact that our four year old daughter was looked after with a craft table whilst we shopped which made for a really relaxing experience. Someone even looked after our shopping so that we didn’t have to cart it around with us!

The sales assistant (Gina) New cross store was amazing, she had a vast knowledge of each product which was very helpful. Gina was not pushy with selling and made buying my bed a pleasurable and painless experience.

It was a realy good experience to visit your shop. The staff was helpfull. Good products for fair price.
