I placed an order of a mattress on the phone the lady I spoke to was very helpful she explained everything I needed to no regarding mattress, mattress protecter , price, guarante, etc. very happy with her knowledge.

We knew what we were looking for a super king mattress, the assistant explained the colour coding so we could see instantly which one we were looking for we tried all the different ones and settled on a Kendal which suited both of us ,Nandita was there straight away ,took us to her desk we were offered tea or coffee and proceeded to take our order,as we were not sure when our bed was arriving we had the mattress on delayed order ,brilliant which meant we could have it delivered later and still get the fantastic price in the sale and we paid to have our old mattress recycled another worry out of the way ! The staff were friendly and helpful ,not pushy like some stores thankyou

We had such a nightmare with another mattress company, so we decided to come into Dreams to make a more simple purchase. On arrival at the New Cross Gate branch we were greeted by the loved Kristy who was so knowledgable and patient with us. We spent about 30 minutes in Dreams, were offered tea, and she really led us to what we think was the best choice for us. I haven't had such a nice shopping experience in ages.

We visited the store a few weeks before to scope our mattress options. Gina was extremely helpful and keen to understand our needs. We left knowing we would return and did so on place our order for our first bed. Gina remembered us, which was a lovely touch, and she made every effort to make sure we had all options available to us and advised as appropriate. She explained everything about the finances and had expert knowledge on the products. The whole experience was made much easier because of Gina's help and we're really pleased with our first bed together.
