THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE REGARDING THE PRODUCTS. GINA LOOKED AFTER US WELL AND COMPLETED THE SALE, HER COLLEAGUE LOOKED AFTER US ALSO WHEN GINA WAS CALLED TO ASSIST WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER. WE WERE DELIGHTED WHEN THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED IN 2 WEEKS, AND NOT THE 10 THAT WE WERE QUOTED.

Rayanne was knowledgable and helpful. She showed me exactly what I was looking for (pocket sprung with a layer of memory foam) and let me spend time checking out all the mattresses. She also didn't try pushing the most expensive mattress which was really good, she let me make my decision based on comfort.

Because I had the opportunity to try the mattress I was looking for. And I did not had any pressure for the staff of the store. Thank you very much.
