I was given a perfect customer service at my visit to Dreams store in New Cross Gate. Rayanne was extremely helpful, she listened to my needs and requirements carefully and address them accordingly. She did not try to sell me items beyond my budget which is always refreshing when it comes to sales force. We found a perfect mattress for me and my partner. I wish It could arrive earlier but I think I was a bit naive thinking I could get a custom mattress delivered within days.
