I am disabled and needed someone to understand my difficulties and give me time to test what mattress might suit my needs. I found an assistant who gave me all the patience and understanding I needed plus helpful information about the mattresses I tested. She has given me helpful after sales service too.A very good experience.

Gina, the lady who helped us choose our mattress was very good at suggesting products, telling us whether they might be right for us, letting us know what other customers have fed back about the mattresses they had chosen and generally just helping us choose what was right for us. We were allowed to test all of the products, and didn't feel 'pounced' upon as we had in some other stores. We were talked through options for financing, returns and guarantees, which we found very useful as we were initially quite worried about spending so much on a mattress.

The manageress, Gina, was one of the most professional and accomplished sales assistants I have ever come across. Friendly, personable and knowledgable she is a fantastic representative of your company. She is a credit to Dreams and deserves a huge amount of praise for her professionalism and expertise.

Highly professional and friendly staff allowed us to test a range of mattresses. Took time to explain the different options. Not pushy. When we had decided on mattress we liked she took us through various payment options. I had expected mattress to be delivered in about 3 to 6 weeks but was informed it would be delivered in 1 week. Overall pretty happy with my experience.

We were extremely satisfied with the service today at dreams. The customer service were very kind and have shared with us useful tips when choosing our mattress. They were very knowledgeable about each mattress and have spent a lot of time with us. They helped us to choose pillows and duvets as well which was lovely because they brought us a variety of pillows which we tried and chose a few that were left very satisfied with.
