Dreams - New Cross

it is not the first time that I have visited Dreams at New Cross Gate, but is the first time I made a purchase and I found the assistant Gina extremely helpful and very informed of the bed that I was purchasing. She was interested in my needs and ensure that she was showing me the product that I need, rather than her own choice. I will definitely shop at Dreams again, and it is very convenient that it is on my doorstep. I left there feeling that I had made a good purchase and was assisted very well, I don't think she could have helped me anymore that she did.

Nandita has been very helpful listening to what we were looking for as a bed and a base, she gave us a full hour of her time and we are very grateful as two weeks on we are very happy with our new bed!

The assistant Kristy was knowledgeable and polite. She charged my phone, offered me tea/coffee. Her knowledge of product, price, and aftercare was perfect. She spent time with me without rushing for a sale.

Gina, the sales assistant was extremely knowledgable, patient and attentive. She listened to my needs carefully and every mattress she showed me was within the parameters I specified. I also very much enjoyed her open approach and friendliness towards me what made the whole process of choosing the right bed that much more enjoyable. It's thanks to her I decided to make the purchase then and there.

Rayanne came over to me as soon as I walked through the store entrance. She listened to what I needed and made 3 suggestions without any hesitation. I tried 3 mattresses, discarded the first (too soft) and it was a choice between the last 2. She left me for 5 minutes to choose between the 2 mattresses and decide which I preferred. Her knowledge of the spring count and the firmness of the mattresses, as well as why 1 felt firmer than the other, even though it was a softer 'step' was great and she was more helpful than I could have wished for. Thank you Rayanne!

Kristy the assistant was very informative and answered all our questions. Offered us reassurance from the start. We were offered tea and coffee on arrival.

Told the assistant what i wanted and she took me straight to what i wanted, didnt try to up sell me just helped me with my decision. Good choice at good prices.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and directed me to the items I was interested in. Once they had finished up with customers, one of the staff (Kristy) came over to give me more in-depth help and advice - Kristy even made me a nice cup of tea! Once I had decided on the items, Kristy was very helpful in entering the details into the system, and advising me on the various options that I had for delivery/returns/warranty/etc. Overall I was very impressed with the quality of service provided.
