Gina had endless time for us and we felt like we had the opportunity to try anything we wanted. She was also very knowledgeable. There was a sale on unexpectedly and I think we got a great deal.

The staff and service was excellent

Gina, was very knowledgeable and clearly showed her experience within the industry. From the minute we walked into the store Gina greeted us and asked if she could help, and even offered us a drink. She asked myself and my husband what type of mattress we liked sleeping on, and I was unsure. she made us try several mattresses and then let us compare various brands within budget. I can really say that I believe she sincerely had our best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend Gina and Dreams to my friends and family. An overall fantastic experience, especially after the poor service I received from another nearby bed company.

Kristy was fantastic, she was attentive and available whenever I needed but was not pushy, nor crowded me in any way, she gave me time to mull things over and decide. She had an in-depth understanding not only of the products and the development of certain aspects of the products but also seemed to understand why things were being developed. It showed me that she was genuinely interested in peoples preferences and maybe the feedback that customers have given. She made points and comments about products that only someone of a certain intellect and a true understanding of what I was looking for would do. I don't know how long she has been with the company but she definitely seemed to know exactly what she was talking about. It was very refreshing, (especially when buying an expensive item like a bed) to be served by someone who didn't act like a used car salesman! Both Kristy and her colleague were relentless in trying to source the items that were out of stock (pillowcase/duvet cover) and called multiple stores to try and get. I also had an embarrassing moment when I was refused credit but neither of the ladies passed any judgment, pure class. I will definitely be back!

GINA was really helpful as it was my first time purchasing from the store, I was expecting her to be in the nextday as I was planning to put it my order. She wasn't in which was disappointing because I loved her assistance and her knowledge on the products. Kristy took my order, whenever I tried to seek assistant in terms of making sure I was getting a good product, she made me feel intimidated and fiercely referred me to the £45 guarantee. Because of Kristy's service, I wasn't so sure I wanted to put in the order for a mattress anymore. I ended up purchasing the bed frame Gina spoke to me about.

The assistant was very helpful In finding us the right bed and for a very reasonable price, the best bed we have owned, I didn't go to work the next day that's how good it was. Thank you very much

The shop assistant was Lena. She took her time to explain patiently and did the whole process quickly and engaged thoroughly whilst we waited.

I WAS SO UNSURE WHAT MATTERESS I NEEDED THE SALESPERSON WAS SO PATIENT AND DID NOT RUSH MY HUSBAND AND I. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL THE PRODUCTS. TELLING US TO TAKE OUR TIME BECAUSE IT IS A VERY IMPORTANT DECISION TO MAKE. WE EVEN ASKED IF SHE WOULD MIND IF WE LOOKED NEXT DOOR AT BENSONS FOR BEDS. SHE REPLIED YOU NEED TO FIND THE BEST BED FOR YOU WHICH MADE US FEEL SPECIAL. WE LASTED ABOUT 10 MINS NEXT DOOR WHERE NOBODY EVEN ASKED IF WE NEEDED ANY HELP. WE ONLY NEEDED A MATTERESS BUT ENDED UP BUYING A BEDFRAME THAT SHE HAD OUT THE BACK WHICH SHE JUMPED OVER BOXES TO GET TO TO SHOW US. OUR SALES ASSISTANT COULD NOT OF BEEN MORE HELPFUL,PATIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE WE FELT WE WERE LOOKED AFTER FROM THE MINUTE WE ARRIVED TILL THE MINUTE WE LEFT AND EVEN THEN WE WAS TOLD IF WE HAD ANY WORRIES OR QUESTIONS NOT TO HESITATE TO CALL BIG THANK YOU TO THE STAFF.

Kristy was very friendly, she and her colleague (unfortunately we dont remember her name,) were amazing. They were attentive, informative and very approachable. We recieved amazing service and were amazed with their knowledge of the products. We're excited for a good night's sleep.
