The customer service assistant Rayanne met all of our needs whilst in store. She offered us a cup of tea whilst we waited which was lovely and very appreciated. She listened to our specific needs and did her best to match our requirements to what was avaliable on the shop floor. She was very attentive and always asked if we had any questions, but we never had to ask as she had already answered ithem for us. Overall the whole shopping trip from start to finish was perfect and couldn't have gone any better.

The staff were extremely knowledgable and friendly. Such an efficient service and they even gave me coffee!

We had Gina an amazingly salesperson she help us decide exactly what we wanted with no pressure we took our time and tested all the matters.it was an amazing experience,as she new exactly all the products and how they will feel and what we should be looking for and the corect measures and gave us options as in our case we needed flexibility. We where offered coffee she was a number 10 with amazing sales skills.

The sales assistant was very friendly and showed me many items to choose from at different prices. She let me try them all out on a bed (I had asked for pillows) which was quite fun. I would certainly recommend that shop to anyone. The only thing was that I could not find an indication of the the measurement anywhere on the order confirmation. Apparently it is all a standard size (says my partner) but I don't know what that is. We had plenty of pillow cases which fit though, so in the end it did not matter.

I was looking for a mattress for my first home. Having been renting before, I had no idea what mattresses I slept on, and what are my preferences. Gina progressively talked me through and showed me mattresses of different price ranges, hardness levels and types. I had a chance to choose a mattress I was comfortable on and within my budget.

Nandita had the patience of a saint. Answerd all my questions gave good advise. Enjoyed my cup of coffee. Made a few visits and always offered a drink. Gina was also very helpful.

Our sales rep Nandita had exactly the right approach. Very friendly and knowledgeable, not too pushy. She helped us find the right product at the right price.
