Everything was dealt with quick and easily with good advice from staff

The staff were thorough explaining possible pros and cons of each bunk bed based on my requirements. I had already been to a competitor's store nearby and they just referred me to their website for details I needed, which wasn't very helpful to me.

The service was excellent. The sales person (Gina) was very knowledgable about the products and did not rush me into making decisions. I went away with time to think about it and came back three days later in time to get the 20% discount.

I like the fact that I came into the shop three or four occasions while I was browsing and did not get the hard sell , I like the store at New Cross Gate Retail park who are very knowledgeable and professional , and the Sales team know their products very well giving me a range of options on what sort of bed to get the delivery and price as well as installation so I am impressed with my purchase.

I had put off buying a bed for some time because I find it hard to choose the right bed for me and wasn’t sure what I wanted so I would be unlikely to make an expensive purchase. The assistant that helped me (Nandita) was really helpful and knowledgable and took a lot of time to help me choose the right bed and a mattress. I would likely not have purchased a bed without her assistance and I am very happy with the bed.

The sales representative or known as Dreams colleague knows her job very well and she had given me all honest answers to my questions about the various types of mattress. It has a special price reduction on the mattress I bought and time will tell whether I have bought the right one, since the Dreams colleague go by the result of my sleep analysis, she select only what being specified.
