Dreams - New Cross

Staff were incredible. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked about what we were looking for. We tried the dreams bed system to identify what type of bed would suit and got to try several beds. I came in with my 6 month old baby and staff were warm and offered to hold him while we tried beds out. Luckily the bed we loved was also on sale. Order process was quick and simple also.

From entering store I was greeted with a smile and help.All told 3 staff attended me over the time I was mulling over my choices.All were friendly and courtius,proffessional but with a sense of humour.

It was really great experience, assistant was really kind and nice. Very profecional advise was given and all answers to my questions were received. Kristy was kind assistant with very good customer service skills. Didn't talk too much and didn't offer unnecessary things. Overall store was clean.

I’ve spent many years working in customer service. I’m also quite critical of poor service. I was taken aback by the expert and friendly way I was treated by both ladies on your staff at New Cross. I’m not someone who enjoys shopping yet my experience today was 100%. Thank you ladies!!

Came in for a mattress, welcomed by Lena . Asked what I wanted and showed me the different options. She then suggested to do the sleeping test so I could get the right mattress. She was very attentive offering drinks . She even help with my questions on the different types of materials . ( great product knowledge). She was even lovely after I said I was going next door to benson for beds to compare prices. Benson had 20% off all mattresses and I could have got it cheaper but the service was nothing compared to Lena . I came back and bought my mattress and got 4 free pillows which was welcome . Nothing to fault even glancing at other staff in the shop it was a great shopping experience. Thank you
