Founds the right product for my needs with ease and no pressure

As soon as i stepped into the shop i was greeted and assisted by Gina who was very friendly, she helped me understand what i was looking for by putting me on a machine that calculates which matress would be more suited to me. She showed great knowledge within the detail of the beds (the way the springs are layed out etc.) and showed me a different array of beds. I was even offered beverages as i was taking a while to make a decision. Overall a highly satisfying experience which i would recommend to family and friends.

The member of staff, Kristy, was very patient and explained the difference between all the beds clearly. At no point did she try and persuade me that one mattress was better than another. She also gave my mother and aunt a cup of coffee which made them very happy!

I was greeted on arrival in store, but not pressurised into anything. Gina was very helpful, and fun to talk to. I was offered a drink at least twice; a very relaxed and welcoming team, no hard sell, no fake "can I help you" robots, people that genuinely seemed to like their work and customers. Gina went over and above trying to find my old mattress as I'd said one I'd bought a few years ago was great. We couldn't find it, despite some extensive web searches, including the Wayback Machine. The Kinect analysis machine was pretty good too, seemed to confirm my own suspicions over what type of mattress I like. Last comment is just to say Gina's a great asset to your business, she's knowledgeable about the products, explains it all well and is pleasant to chat to. Thanks!

We were greeted immediately upon entering the store, offered the dreams scan to help us find the ideal bed for us because we didn't know where to start. The store asisstant who helped us was Gina, she was lovely, offering us tea and coffee while we looked around aswell. She Knew everything about the products, gave us really helpful advice to make the right choice, along with the best way to organise our payments too and we are thoroughly satisfied with our purchase and the helpfulness of all the staff, especially Gina.
