From the moment we entered Kristy was fantastic, she helped us choose the right mattress and explained everything we needed to know her knowledge was outstanding and it's very clear she has a passion for her role. She was very friendly and bubbly which made the whole process alot smoother and enjoyable. She is an asset to the company.

Hi my name is chantelle. I went to the store on the 17th May for a browse as I had been looking online. When I came in Nandita approached me in a friendly manner and asked me if there was nay beds in particular I was looking for and she quickly understood what my needs were. I used the mattress matcher which was really insightful probably the reason why I wanted to continue on with her service. I purchased a bed and mattress and then amended the order and she was again available right away which I appreciated. It is just what you are looking for in a service, friendly, approachable, knowledgable. Thank you New Cross Branch.

I just popped in to look for a mattress and was asked politely if I would like a tea, coffee or water . The assistants name was Nandita & I cannot praise her enough, not only for her knowledge of products, but for her patience with me. When she pointed out that the memory foam mattresses could not be flipped, I decided on a sprung mattress as this is something I like to do . She really was one of the nicest assistants I have ever met. So helpful without being too pushy and as I said, very patient . My son is very pleased with new mattress! My mum actually went back the next week to buy my other son the same mattress and waited to be served by Nandita as she had been with me when I purchased the first one. She too would like to say a big thank you to her (As she doesn't have a computer). Best sales assistant by far .
