Dreams - New Cross

Sales person was extremely friendly and pro-active. She gave us all the information we needed without pressuring us and was very flexible when we asked a range of questions and tried out a number of mattresses.

Lena was polite and very helpful. We had been looking at beds for some time and when we went into this Dreams I seriously thought we would leave yet again without buying. I was totally amazed with Lena's patience and understanding (we were proving to be a little undecided) and were looking for a really good deal. We tried various mattresses for the right "feel" and the science of the computerised simulator confirmed what Lena had been suggesting and I had known I wanted in a mattress. She did her very best to work out an affordable deal for us and even helped us with a new base. We had been sleeping on a king size mattress on a double bed base!. We were offered tea whilst we were there and the other staff were friendly towards us. We could easily have just walked to the other bed shop next door, but we felt well taken care of at Dreams which was a bit like a "Dream come true". Our needs were identified and without hard selling, a perfect solution was found for us. We are totally satisfied with our lovely looking bed and comfortable mattress now. I have already recommended "Dreams" to friends and colleagues.

Nandita was very helpful and she was knowledgeable with the product and very friendly.

I really liked the very cleaver bed that was able to scan my body for ideal mattress for my. On shop floor, there was a great selection of mattresses suitable for me (medium), so I was able to lazy around the shop plenty to find my ideal new bed.

My experience at Dreams on my visit on Monday was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful to my and my son. They made us feel welcomed. A staff called Gina was really nice and helpful with everything and showing us the best bed and mattress that was within our budget. Thanks to all the staff on duty that day.......

As soon as I walked into Dreams at New Cross Gate, I met Gina and all my problems were solved. She expertly handled my kids while I tried out the beds and made my choice. Her expertise was impressive, I almost asked her if she has a degree in 'bedology'! Placing the order was a breeze with Gina, she talked me through every step and yet managed to make it interesting! I also noticed she's like this with every customer she attended to. I can't write enough about this lovely lady and i hope Dreams know what they have in her. Thank you, Gina Ok, I'm done gushing over Gina. About the store now. The New Cross Store was clean on the day I visited. There were a wide selection of beds and mattresses which were well displayed. The 'Bed Matcher' is a great idea.

There were plenty of pillows in store, but nothing I found particularly comfortable. A sales assistant (Nandita) came to my aid and helped me look for a suitable pillow and after taking time to understand my needs, she found what she thought I wanted - and it she was exactly right! She then told me she had bought the same ones and how good they were. She was only sorry that it was display stock and they had no more. But she was quick to reassure me that we could order them into store and should be in the very next week. Nandita was absolutely right they arrived and they are fantastic - thank you Nandita - really fantastic job! She was helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind - I had a great experience at New Cross Gate. Other staff there have been helpful in the past too!

We arrived in the store and went straight upstairs to the bed frames. We was only upstairs about a minute before we approached by Rayanne. She was full of useful information. We explained what bed frame and which mattress our 16 year old daughter required. She took us back downstairs to look at the mattress our daughter was interested in.
