Our assistant Gina was exceptional - her knowledge, suggestions and advice were absolutely spot on. She knew exactly where to pitch her suggestions cost-wise, and listened to everything I said and responded genuinely and with well practised ease. I didn’t intend to make a purchase straight away when o entered the store, but the offer she gave me was too good to refuse! I left the store a very happy customer.

I visited the New Cross branch with an open mind. My son had grown again 13 years old and 5ft 9ins. I needed a bed that will see him through the development of his teens years. Lena was great! She was really open and upfront about the choices available in choosing a bed for my tall son. We got to use the Sleepmatch by Dreams a special scientific measuring bed that works out the best mattress type for you based on your sleep preferences, positions, body type etc. It made it easier to choose the mattress we wanted. Shame we could not have the same help with the frame because Dreams have a lot of choice in-store and more options available online. We finally made our choice after much deliberation. Oh, by the way my son enjoyed his tea while making his choice! Quick delivery and you can pay to have it all put together if it requires a bit of diy. When it arrived the gentlemen were very friendly, professional, organised and fast. I'm happy I chose to leave it with the professionals, because they did a fabulous job. 5 stars from me! My son slept through the night. Meaning, I got to sleep well too. No "Muuummm, can I have a drink!" at 2am". All round a it was a good experience.

Friendly, helpful staff member attended to me. I was offered a cup of tea whilst sampling the mattresses. I was able to do mattress suitability test on teh new machine which was useful.

great service and we will be back soon for more beds. everyone friendly, helpful and gave plenty of time to discuss our needs and make decisions.
