Gina was amazing. She knew her products, listened and understood what we were looking for in a mattress in terms of fit and pricing and found us the perfect mattress. She was attentive and showed excellent customer service.

Once the lady who helped me saw me the came to my help and she was very professional in helping me. She didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want and she didn’t convince me to spend more money or buy other accessories.

On the other side Dionne helped during the payment she is very professional with great communications skills always providing clear advice in regards finance products. Gina helped us with the whole process. Being a first time buyer this was all new to me and my partner. We were made to feel so comfortable and gained so much knowledge and understanding. The new technology to see what your sleeping position was, was amazing, it really made the process easier. The staff went beyond for us and even helped to figure out if the bed and mattress would fit the room.

Gina was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It was all the little touches, including helping to distract and occupy our kids and getting us a coffee, that made buying a bed a much better experience than we thought it would be!
