I was shown around the store made to feel comfortable without being pressured to purchase. I was give a lot of information about the beds and storage that I was looking for.

Everything went very smoothly. The assistant (Nandita), was VERY helpful and listened carefully to what we wanted, but not at all pushy. Friendly atmosphere and good selection of beds to try out. Everything was clearly priced too.

The assistant was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the different types of mattress etc and was very knowledgeable

It was such an easy and enjoyable experience shopping at Dreams - I chose the bed frames I wanted and then tried out the new mattress technology and went round the different mattress recommendations, it was amazing and Rayanne was so helpful. I didn't feel rushed at all and the products were such good value for money I don't think I could have got that anywhere else. So excited for them to arrive!

I went in with my husband expecting to spend about £400 on a new mattress. I can out having spent £900 and still felt like I had got value for money. The staff member was excellent. She sat the kids down with some drawing and then took the time to show us the whole range and helped us to make an informed decision.
