Dreams - New Cross

Friendly, non-pushy and knowledgeable staff. It’s one of the rare moments where we were given space to think and try the products, and yet the staff was available to answer any queries that we had. The Dreams staff also seemed to be passionate in their job, which made the whole customer service experience even better.

The staff members who helped us knew the details of the products and what would work out best for us, which is very important. They also offered us a drink which was a very nice touch.

Staff members at Dreams New Cross, Lena and Kristy, were both very helpful. On our first visit, Lena directed us towards a very suitable selection of mattresses to try, through sleepmatch and by taking on board our requirements. After shortlisting mattresses, we returned to Dreams New Cross to make our purchase, and were assisted by Kristy in this process. All staff were friendly and polite, and while attentive, did not make us feel rushed in the process of selecting our mattress and bed frame. In the hot weather, we also appreciated being offered cold water to drink.

Friendly staff, offered drinks, used the sleep testing sensor machine, Lena was very helpful and checked in if we needed any advice, overall a very pleasant experience.

Kristy the Dreams colleague was SO helpful and not pushy, she gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. She was also so understanding & patient with me & my dad - who was paying over the phone: he wasn't picking up his phone, then when he did pick up he went to the toilet, so we had to wait for him to call back, then he was really slow reading his credit card number, so the PDQ machine kept timing out, it took 3 times to get the sale through! And Kirsty was so understanding throughout! :)

Great knowledge, friendly service

I was very impressed with the quality of service and knowledge of the shop assistant and the bed that measures you and recommends mattresses. I had just come from benson beds next door and the service was of low class compared. They didnt have nearly the same amount pf knowledge and i felt like they didnt want to be there. Gina was fantastic. Very enthusiastic, extremely knowlegable on beds and was very consideratr and friendly. Its everything i would want from a shop assistant when trying to pick a mattresss (esp considering i had just had a baby a wk before) ahe took all the effort out of a big purchase.

Gina very knowledge sales advisor made feel comfortable and answered all my questions. She is provided valuable advice and assistance.
