i am highly satisfied with the experience at dreams because the serves was nice and the Quality of the shop and i have shoped there before.

Nandita was super helpful and friendly.

The staff were friendly and the process of ordering our bed etc was easy

I was served by Kristy. She was very helpful and friendly at all times. She was willing to answer all my questions - a fair few - patiently. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and I don’t think she could have done anymore for me. Every Dreams store needs a Kristy!

The staff were extremely approachable, Lena was able to give me her fully attention and answer all of my questions. I loved how I was able to use "Caroline" to work out how hard a mattress would be good for me, as I was unsure when looking for a mattress. Overall I feel like I got a bed I loved which I could afford as it was ex-display and was the velvet material I wanted.

Really great shop with a good variety and absolutely excellent customer service. Went in expecting to look at beds and came out having had an experience! Was great to use the bed that calculated the support you needed and then be properly talked through the options available. Dionne was excellent at matching our requirements to what we looked at. Very satisfied with the shopping experience.

Dionne, our sales assistant, was very friendly. She took the time to understand our needs and was exceptionally patient during our decision-making process. The advice and guidance she gave helped us to narrow down our search for bed and mattresses. Overall, the service was fantastic.
