Dionne welcomed me at the entrance the moment I entered ,asked me if she could assist me with what I was looking for and I went for one item but she persuaded me until I got second item which is good, she gave me a good advice.

Dionne was very knowledgable,attentive,very patient to listen to me,understand my needs. Help me find the mattress for my comfort using the sleep match. Friendly and greated with a smile,easy to talk to.

Although I only bought a sheet I was very pleased with my experience I was shown to mattresses that best fit myself and bedframes of my interest. I am looking to buy a bed just not right now. Lena was patient and friendly made me feel welcome. I will be back soon.

The customer service we received was excellent. The lady Dionne who service me was very friendly and helpful. She gave us the space we needed when I said we just want to browse for now, which is exactly what we needed as it will be less awkward, and we can walk around with no pressure. She came up to us after we walk around and ask if we needed any help. She recommended the sleep match machine and do a test on me, and she recommended the mattress upon the results and just right for my budget. Overall I recommend this dream store in New Cross Gate and the customer service in there just brilliant. Will definitely recommend my family members to this store.
