I already saw in website and i knew what I'm looking for, i just went to warehouse to have a look in the display ones, it was quick and satisfying service, as i didn’t have time stay long! Gina was very helpful and friendly! Thanks, cant wait to have my delivery!!

Very good service. Was hot day, offered cool bottle of water (literally never experienced this in a shop before). Very good service from Nandita at New Cross store. Good knowledge, promptly showed us round a number of different options, nearly all of which were suitable but we found the best option for us. Very good experience.

The lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helped in anyway she could. she even made an effort to make the shopping visit kid friendly for my nephew who was getting restless i feel she did an amazing job and loved how nice she was to and my family

Gina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about practically anything we asked about frames and mattresses. She was very patient, polite and offered a generally great service. I've forgotten the last time I went in a store in the UK and received a service with the amount of effort she made. A one off. Thanks.
