You staff in the New Cross Gate branch were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were knowledgeable and helped me make a choice of purchase which I am confident is right for me.

When I came into store I was measured on Sleepmatch to find the right mattress for me. Nandita was very helpful and showed me the best deals and offers. She allowed me to compare the options and make my decision.

Large spacious shop, not overcrowded. It was very hot in the shop but I was offered water, tea or coffee. Pleasant ,friendly assistant who gave me plenty of her time and attention. The items I wanted were available and very quick delivery date.

Friendly service, given coffee, lots of information given on the product and didnt try to sell me things I didnt want.

The shop manager took time to understand our needs, showed excellent product knowledge and sold us what was appropriate to meet our requirements.

My girlfriend and I were very satisfied with the service in the shop. Dalena (Lena) was very attentive and knowledgeable and helped us to get a great mattress. Usually, I don't leave reviews but this is a special case. Thank you

The staff were extremely helpful, particularly Lena and Dana. They gave me brilliant advice when I was not sure what products to choose. What impressed me the most was that their advice was very honest and personal which is not that common for a typical sales assistant who'd only want to sell you the most expensive item. They were also very patient with me when I took my time in testing the mattresses. The placement of the order was also very quick and straightforward.

The customer service assistant was very helpful, friendly and kindly, she gave us all the information that we were looking for.

Staff knowledge was excellent, they took the time to understand our needs, showing us products that suited both our needs and budget

Lena assisted us during our recent visit and she was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeful. She answered all our questions and demonstrated how the beds function. The store had a good selection of beds on display so we could try them before placing an order. The manager of the store also attended our visit. They both offered us drinks during our presence which was a nice gesture.
