Gina at the New Cross shop was amazingly friendly and knew more about beds then I thought there it was possible to know. I did not feel rushed or pressured by overselling. I felt she was honest and open.

I bought a mattress this time. The store location (New Cross Gate) is quite convenient. Lots of options available. The computer that matches mattress for each customer is a great idea.. loved it! Kristy from the store was extremely helpful and understood my needs perfectly. She took the time and effort to show and explain ALL options available in store as per my needs. The delivery also went smoothly from Adrian's team. Big thumbs up to this purchase!
