The store sales person, Gina, was fantastic - she had excellent knowledge of the products and sleep experience- making brilliant recommendations to us. She is based at the New Cross store and we were so pleased to have gone in store to have our sleep analysed properly and a mattress fitted to our needs. She also kept providing entertainment for our 9 month old baby to keep him happy throughout time we were in store.

Nandita was incredibly helpful - this was our first mattress purchase, so she kindly showed us a wide range of options to let us understand what we wanted and was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different types they had in store. We ended up choosing in about 15 minutes, so it was a quick process too.

We were very impressed by Dreams staff member Gina and her knowledge and helpfulness. The bed scanner was good as it choose what type of firmness we should aim for. Gina was really helpful and not pushy which we liked and she gave great advice We tried a lot of beds and going back to beds and trying them again and Gina was very patient Dreams was a very good experience
