Dionne was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful without being pushy. I would go back to her anytime! She made all the difference in making our visit a success, helping us find exactly what we needed, allowing us to ask a million questions and showing us relevant products.

I came in thinking I knew what I wanted but not what I needed. The staff quickly took care of me and utilising the bed sizing machine. I was able to make an informed decision on the bed I wanted and needed. Very happy with the whole experience and came out with a new bed!!!

Gina in the New Cross store was amazingly knowledgable and very attentive. she carefully took me through all the options - after doing an assessment and i felt her advice was genuine and considered. the service was personal and not too salesy. really impressed with her level of understanding on all products. brilliant service!

The lady, Nandita, was exceptionally helpful and not pushy, which was really nice because I would have left the store without purchasing anything if the assistant was pushy. This was actually my second visit and she took the time to understand my needs and budget, was really helpful in her advice and can't wait to get paid so I can go back for pillows, which she also sold me on!

Staff appeared very knowledgeable, understanding of specific needs, and allowed enough space to consider without any sales pressure.

The assistance offered in finding the best product for my needs was exemplary. The advisor was patient and informative. We discussed how we spend money so easily on holidays and home improvements, and that our beds are so often sidelined. There was no rush and the additional products I bought were offered with no pressure, but a clear explanation of why I might want to purchase them. The service of collecting the old bed frame and mattress is very helpful as was booking the time frame for delivery.

Ginna and colleague were excellent and very very knowledgeable about the products.
