A very friendly staff member welcomed myself and husband into the store. She was very knowledgeable about the item we required. She was very informative regarding the type of mattress our bodies would require to be comfortable. She showed us several mattresses available. She was friendly when taking our order. She was very friendly whilst we were waiting for a delivery date. She pointed out and gave us the free offer that went with our mattress.

I have been in the store several times and knew what I wanted. Team have been really helpful when I visited the store and think they are really good with their product knowledge, helpfulness and efficiency

The members of staff knew exactly what they was talking about and helped show various mattresses within our budget and discuss the pros and cons of the each one.

The Lady call Gina was very helpful and I really found her to be a very warn person she also made my 2 baby feel very comfortable and that made me very happy

The member staff was highly knowledgeable and very helpful all throughout the process. She, Gina even offered tea. Gina has been excellent in dealing with customer! Highly recommended.
