The sales staff was very patient as I took a while to make up my mind

I was very happy with the service and attention that I was given to find the right mattress for me

Upon entry to Dreams I was met and greeted by staff member who offered me tea/coffee/water. Also was greeted by all staff present in the store which made me feel very welcome.

Customer service was amazing. Everyone was really knowledge and friendly, without coming across as aggressively "salesy".

Rayanne was incredibly helpful - she asked me if I needed help, listened to my requirements and offered me a range of options to try. Her general demeanour was warm and friendly and she went out of her way to help me find what I needed.

Rayanne was our sales assistant and she was extremely lovely. She makes the nicest cup of tea and she was very helpful with finding us the right mattrass to help reduce my partners back pain and also give me more comfort. Her bubbly personality made the experience so much better so we felt more willing to make a purchase there and then. Very happy with today's buy.

Was very difficult to choose a mattress on our own but we received a huge help from Rayanne, she was very helpful and had lots of knowledge about all mattress, which helped us a lot to choose the perfect match for us. Saved lots of time and headache
