Dreams - New Cross

I like experience and Gina was helpful and show us mattraces and when you shop with children is important to have friendly and quick service

The staff were friendly and very helpful, offering a hot drink and taking us directly to what we were looking for

Lena was extremely helpful when we visited the new Cross branch of dreams and gave us loads of information and was warm and enthusiastic about the product but not pushy at all. She was so good that we decided to buy the product directly from her over the phone three days later (after we had checked it would actually fit our living room!)

My assistant Nandita was great she went above and beyond to help us purchase our products. The other staff in the Newcross branch of dreams were also great an accomadating to us while we were looking around for the right bed and mattress. They all allowed us time to look around on our own , and there when we needed them for advice. The team at Newcross are all great ! Keep up the good work team Thank you
