Dreams - New Cross

Gina took us straight to the sleep testing machine and then explained about the shop colour coding. She then took us around to try out a variety of mattresses giving a clear commentary about how each mattress worked and why some felt soft at first, but then gave us support from beneath. After we had chosen our favourite we tried it again. Gina was extremely helpful and jovial throughout the whole process. The ordering was quick and simple although I noticed the wrong delivery date had been put on my order, but a call to Lena soon had that rectified.

We went in 7:45 to store and didn’t come out till gone there actual closing time and I wasn’t rushed out the store and was even offered tea or coffee, the store assistant Dionne helped me find the right mattress for me showed me my different options and I got a great sale item which I’m very satisfied with couldn’t of got a better deal.

Gina helped us and was extremely informative, very friendly and made us feel at ease. I only went to view the bed I wanted in store which unfortunately wasn't on display but with all the information I received from Gina I felt confident enough to buy a bed and mattress.

Excellent help from the assistants and we also loved the analysis at the beginning.

There is a Benson for Beds next to this branch of Dreams. After visiting there I went to Dreams. The staff, store layout, products available to see/try out was vast and the staff knowledge and help was really second to none. I felt my needs were understood and was given great advice. I felt confident being looked after.

Nandita was the perfect salesperson - patient, knowledgable and able to answer all questions while feeding information on the various products - without being overly persuasive on any given product - leaving that to me. I was offered tea which was welcome and useful considering the time it took to test out the different mattresses recommended by 'the machine'. Again, there was never sense of hurry, allowing time for questions that may not have immediately sprung to mind. Excellent service.

I visited The Dreams Store to see if I can find mattress that could satisfy my wants. There I was received by the attendant who was very courteous and helpful. She gave me professional information concerning the mattresses available at the store. I was convinced and bought the mattress. I am very satisfied by the stores customer reception.

The customer service from Nandita was excellent as well as her product knowledge which would make anyone want to visit. Also, the product that we chose was a very good one at a very good price, the store was clean, an overall great place.
