The store was clean and the music outside was a nice touch. Nandita approached me and offered me assistance and a hot beverage. She was friendly, patient and informative with myself and my daughter. Lovely service from her, and a good selection of beds to chose from. Very happy with what i have selected and cant wait for it to arrive!

The staff were fantastic - welcoming and polite and had answers to every question and provided me with much better knowledge about the different types of mattresses and when sharing a bed with a partner the qualities to look for in a mattress. Staff were very friendly but also gave us space to think about our purchase and look around. We were offered tea and coffee and got help with selecting the right mattress for our needs. The sleep analysis device was also useful in helping us decide on the type of mattress.

Entered and had the mattress test while a tea and coffee were being made for me and my girlfriend and the staff understood what we wanted changed based on the feedback we gave with each mattress.
