Was because we got a good sales representative ( Gina)who helped us with our choice of products we wanted. We were also served with hot drinks.

I went in with a desire to get advice and try a mattress I'd seen online, and also find a guest bed for a new flat I've moved into. The assistance I received from, Kristy, was great. She did the bed test thing, where you're scanned to ensure what type of mattress is suitable for me - then she explained that whilst the mattress I wanted to view wasn't in stock, there were some others that I could look at which were similar. She left me alone for some time to try out the mattresses which was great. A guest bed I was after was also on sale in-store, and that was shown to me. When I went to pay I was offered a tea, which was nice to have whilst filling out all the forms to buy. Kristy was also helpful suggesting that if i bought extra insurance I would get some mattress protectors for free, which I was after - which was great. Thank you!
