Dreams - New Cross

We were greeted by a member of staff they were very polite and happy to assist us.

We were helped by Gina at the New Cross Gate store. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, funny and took the time to explain all our different mattress options. She made buying a mattress fun! Would 100% recommend people go speak to her if they are looking to buy something in the NCG area.

Gina, the expert who assisted us on our purchase was the main reason why we were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams New Cross. She was attentive and also very professional taking the time to understand our needs and ensuring we had time to make our decisions including keeping the store open past the usual closing time.

Dionne was amazing, her product knowledge and willingness to help was fantastic! This was the first time I visited the new cross branch and I was extremely impressed with her outstanding customer service skills! She’s amazing!
