Gina was highly knowledgeable, friendly and overall fantastic. She greeted us at the entrance, tested our "mattress needs" and then show us around the store to test mattresses in every price range and comfort for us to make a choice. She then helped us find a bed frame to our liking. There was no hard sell, just great advice. We really enjoyed our visit.

I've been to a Dreams before going to new cross gate, and this store beats the previous one, the assistant was so helpful, patient, took in everything I wanted and she was so knowledgeable, I didn't even understand what she was talking about, but it all made sense in the end and plus you was offered a cuppa, but no toilet. I'm a very happy bunny.Thank you Dreams, and I hop I have some pleasant ones.

It was Gina, the assistant, at New Cross Dream Store, that made my experience of buying my first bed a dream. Gina, was a book of knowledge but, most importantly, I trusted her. That's an almighty feat. Gina, took care not only with but my Mother too - asking if she'd like a tea or coffee while I walked about trying out new beds. Gina, utterly surprised me by her customer service - something I only experienced in New York, where they give 100 % because they rely on the tip. There was no tip here and I got service way and beyond anything I've experienced before. Gina, deserves recognition for her work. Patrick Joseph McNelis

A lovely lady Gina helped us she was very friendly took time to show us around to make sure we got the best bed that suited. She made me a cup of tea and talked to me through different options. My daughter loved her, she's excellent with children 10/10 for great customer service by Gina.

Gina the lady that served us was very knowledgeable and was happy to spend time explaining the many questions we needed to know and to incourage us to try the full range of pillows in stock. we'll certainly return to the store in the future for advice and any other product we need.
