Dreams - New Cross

We didn't make an appointment but Nandita was on hand to help us choose a mattress. We have been through 2 mattresses recently which were uncomfortable so needed some expert advice, which Nandita provided. Friendly assistance which cut through alot of the noise and narrowed down the choices quickly and gave us plenty of time to test and discuss which was the right one for us and answered any questions we had with confidence.

Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. They suggested products and were knowledgeable.

Nandita was very attentive and knowledgeable, taking the time to show us a range of options as well as offer us drinks.

Friendly knowledgable staff were keen to help. We quickly found the exact product we were looking for and it was ordered within a matter of minutes.

Nandita was one of the best sales assistants I have had dealings with... she really listened to me and understood what I wanted. Her recommendations were focused on my needs and she explained everything clearly and took time to make sure I was satisfied. Great service!

Initially I only went in to look and try out some mattresses and then make a decision later, but the assistant Nandita was so helpful and had great product knowledge that I decided to buy there and then. I found exactly what I needed with her help so found the experience easy and pleasant.

Dionne helped us to choose the correct mattress for our body and helped us to place and order and total atmosphere at the store was very friendly as we had a kid and he was running everywhere and made a lot of noise and no one told anything, everyone was smiling at him. Absolutely loved our visit to store.

I've been going to dreams for over 20 years, the new cross branch is brilliant. I was helped by Gina who genuinely recognised me from the last time that I went in three years ago.
