Both the staff members who attended to my and my husband were so patient and friendly. We came shopping with our 20month old toddler and both Gina and Rayanne were so supportive and understanding when we had to run off and catch her when he was running around in the store. They explained all the bed options, mattresses, pillows etc and helped us made a perfect choice.
