We received excellent service and advice as soon as we entered the store. All our options were explained in a clear and friendly manner.

Rayanne was absolutely amazing. She was patient and give us enough space for us to look around, but when we need her she was there to answer all our questions

The store at New Cross was very clean and the layout was very spacious. Your staff were polite and I didn't wait long to be served. After confirming my needs, I was shown the mattresses and not hounded. Took my time and made my choice. Not used the mattress yet, so can't review it, but so far, very happy.

The assistance I received from Ayse was exceptional, far and beyond what was expected - superb. She was courteous, understanding, knowledgeable and patient as it took me over an hour to make up my mind. She was very easy to talk to and so helpful. She is a credit to your company and hopefully will be rewarded for her service. Will definitely pass on her name to friends and family who visit your store. Absolutely outstanding.

Casey at the New Cross dreams was SO helpful. We recently moved to the UK from the US and she spent quite a while with us helping us find the best mattress for our price range (and figuring out the difference from US sizing to UK sizing!) I would 100% return to that Dreams and specifically seek out Casey again to assist me.

the friendliness and helpfulness of staff at dreams made my visit super easy. Rayanne talked me through the finance application in great detail and understood my needs. I was ordering a small double which is really hard to find but I had multiple options at Dreams all in my budget and the firmness I wanted.
