As soon as my boyfriend and I entered to the store, a really kind assistant, called Gina approched us if we need any help. She was so kind and helpful during the time we spent there, she explained everything, provided all of the details we needed.

As soon as we entered the store in New Cross we were greeted by Gina. She was knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We came to buy bed just few min before 8pm the closing time but Gina let us to pick up the right product without any rush. She didn't make us feel unwanted and took almost an hour after closing time to serve us in professional manner. This type of service and customer care you see in high class hotels. Gina even looked after my little daughter offered sweets and a book to read- lovely touch!

I was very satisfied with my experience at dreams. Gina came over to me when she noticed how I was laying and gave me some tips on putting a pillow between my knees and how to have my pillow to prevent backache and neck ache. Gina was very helpful and very product knowledgeable. She went through a lot of different beds with me, explaining about all the different beds and took her time with me no rush. Each bed was sprayed after customers laid on them which is very good, there was a plastic shield between the staff member and customer when sitting down to purchase. I would highly recommend dreams when purchasing a bed.

My sister and I were highly satisfied with our experience at the Dreams branch in New Cross. Dalena was exceptional she welcomed us well, gave us good advice and suggestions when finding a mattress. She was also very professional. She assisted us well with the sleepmatch machine which was our first time using it.

The customer care was excellent, the manner in which she understands all the products, get really committed in making sure she gets to what we need. And also it was so good using the scanner to help in getting what matches your body and sleeping patter. It was excellent I can't fault it

We were seen immediately, all our questions answered. It was a pleasant experience and Gina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We narrowed down our options quickly and were able to make a quick decision.
