Knowledgeable Staff. Friendly Staff. Great Customer Service (i.e. water bottles, balloon for baby daughter to play with). Able to get full consultation without appointment. Bed measurement tool really found us good specifications. Able to try a range of products.

The staff member Dionne was very attentive and had the knowledge to answer all my questions. She was polite and friendly, and completed the sale quickly and efficiently and made sure that my needs had been met. She also remembered me from an earlier visit and was very welcoming when I entered the store in New Cross Gate
