Nandita did an excellent job and took time to listen to what we needed. She explained everything about the beds and mattresses and answered all of our concerned that in return put our mind at rest. Hence our decision making was easier.

We walked into dreams this morning and was greeted by Dionne who was only too happy to help. She firstly directed us over to the hand sanitiser and then asked us what exactly we were looking for. We were then introduced to the sleep match measurer. This is an awesome machine!! After this was completed dionne took us to choose our pillows and put a protector on them for us. Our mattress journey was about to begin. We tried out 7 different mattresses, all were explained in full detail and also sanitised both before and after use by dionne, she also put paper towels down on each one so we and other would be protected. We finally chose the first one we tried which was eco friendly and made out of plastic bottles which totally amazed us!! We had the most friendly, helpful, santitised experience, it was an absolute DREAM!! Thank you dionne you are a credit to your team and company and we wish you all the best! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
