i just went to see some furniture next door to Dreams. Because they had sale and shop on sing for closing down. i did not fine anything i like and i did not plan to visit Dream.but i just passing thought of just pop in.Never been before in Dream.1st time visit i received satisfied service. advice given by MISS Lena was very good and very happy.

Gina the manager at New cross looked after me she showed me all my options discussed what mattresses she recommend for me as I have a bad back. It was a warm and friendly experience.

Gina the sales manager was fantastic, as were the members of her team who were also available to help us during our visit. The product knowledge was brilliant and it felt like Gina took a lot of time and effort to understand what we were looking for and accommodate any questions or issues we had. The sleep measurement service at the beginning was really interesting and proved why it is absolutely essential to visit a store and buy a mattress in person, particularly with such outstanding customer service we were given today. Gina, the store manager was great - very knowledgeable and just lovely. We liked the special mattress-fitting-machine (no idea what it’s called) and felt the store was completely equipped to work in a Covid-safe way.
