I had a warm but professional greeting and can the help in any way, I straight away said I have arthritis and fibro. She had a basic understanding of my condition and advised it may be wise to answers a basic survey to work out which would be the best mattress. She was patient, helpful and made sure I had the right mattress. When choosing the base she said I should consider the height of the mattress and the base. This was something I wouldn't of thought about. I was given excellent customer service. The staff are a credit to your company.

Our Sales representative Gina at the Deptford branch was absolutely beyond the world helpful. She completely transformed our experience of buying a mattress. We were very daunted by it and clueless and she educated us so well, all the while making us feel like family / a family friend visiting her home. Nandita, the assistant that helped me, was so patient, really friendly and nice. She offered me beverages and even put my shopping bag behind the desk. I was able to try the beds I liked and she gave me really good advice on them. I'm going back to get all my bedding and pillows there. Really pleasant experience.
