Dreams - Harlow

Was looking for a mattress in the sale and didn't really know what type of mattress would be best for us, a shop assistant, her name is Jess ,asked us if we were ok and needed any help, we said yes and she introduced herself and asked us if we had been on the bed machine to give us information on the type of mattress that would suit us, we hadn't, she took us over and we was highly impressed with this machine. Jess continued to assist us with choosing a mattress which would suit us and our pockets best, we found a mattress and Jess ordered it for us, and managed to get us a Saturday delivery that we wanted, only 5 days later from ordering. We can not really fault the service we received from Jess, she was polite and knowledgeable and we look forward to trying our new mattress. Thanks Gary and Lisa xx

The assistant was very helpful as I am disabled she took my mattress to my car even put the seats down so the mattress would fit in so very helpful. I can highly recommend the lady assistant in Harlow store thank you.

Jessica was extremly knowledgable and gave us a good amount of attention. So often these days customer service doesnt seem to exist. She really was good at her job and thats probrably why we purchased there and then.
