Shah, the assistant who served me was attentive and helped me find the right products for what I wanted. He had a great amount of knowledge about the products and helped made buying a breeze.

Friendly helpful staff that did not pester us or follow us around the store but we’re available if we needed help. Large variety of beds and mattresses at a range of prices to suit all.

Jess and the team at Harlow branch was amazing, was very satisfied with my experience would definitely recommend.

Needed a double mattress and was shown several different options by a very pleasant member of staff who left us to choose what we wanted. Once we had decided we were then able to purchase the mattress and actually take it home with us there and then.. mattress is very comfortable and will definitely return whenever we need anything bed related and thoroughly recommend the DREAMS experience

He used the sleep technology device with us, and explained what this could show. He was not pushy, and showed us a range of prices. He also gave us space to talk privately so that we would not feel it difficult to talk freely. The store was clean and warm, and all appropriate covid safety measures were followed.
