Mike and Sophia were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. No pushy sales, we were given our space with a member of the team available when we were ready or had questions. Sophia explained terms and conditions clearly simply and quickly. Overall I would highly recommend Dreams , specifically the team above at this branch.

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable of all the products in store. He ascertained our needs and showed us which products had been recommended. He wasn't pushy and gave us plenty of time to make our ultimate choice. He talked us through the ordering process and made sure we understood everything before payment.

The assistant was very helpful. My teenager needs a new mattress and the assistant showed us the bed that interprets the type of mattress that would be good for you. Then he showed us a selection. My son was given a pillow and a sheet of paper to cover the pillow and we all had masks on so we felt covid safe as well

Very patient helpful friendly assistant called mark , we had drinks made and he would go through Evers many times as we needed and we were given time alone to keep trying the beds, can’t fault it
