We had a guy called Mike who really took his time, didn’t rush, no pressure. He was very informative and knowledgable

Mike the colleague who helped us was so friendly and experienced and really understood what we were looking for. He also gave us the time to choose what we wanted without any pressure.

I was greeted by a friendly team who were extremely helpful and showed me the beds I was looking for straight away. They’d recommended some mattresses as well as I was slightly unsure as to what I was looking for. The Dreams team were extremely friendly and offered me a hot drink and a bottle of water. We purchased our bed and mattress with ease and were also given free pillows. It felt like the staff really went above and beyond and I have already recommended the Dreams store in Harlow to some colleagues.

We purchased a previous bed from this store which had been replaced by an online purchase a few days before. The online purchased mattress experience did not go well so we entered the Harlow Dreams store with an urgent need to find and take delivery of a new mattress beforee xmas. The chap who helped us (Mike) ran through the analysis programme with us and walked us around the store. He was knowledgable, helpful and worked hard to understand the issue we had with the current mattress and worked with us to fond a solution. He was friendly helpful and communicative but not pushy. He should be congratulated.

Harrison was exceptionally helpful, made us feel comfortable and showed a genuine interest in helping us without being a pushy sales person. Very polite, talked through everything, he was undoubtedly the reason we purchased on the day

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, able to answer all questions and provided further information. They were friendly and non pushy which was good.

Mark at the Harlow store was excellent, great attention to detail, gave plenty of information and let us try as many beds as we wanted until satisfied.
