When mattress arrived took it out of plastic cover and son helped me to put it on the bed the bottom right corner was soaking wet and I can’t get a replacement till 6th November I can’t understand how it got wet and comer protective strips were dry so they must of been put on with it already wet

We were purchasing a headboard that was not available to look at. We had seen it online and wanted to look at it before purchasing it. We were pointed towards a headboard which turned out not to be the same as the one we had seen. We decided to order the one we had seen online?, and we're told delivery would be weeks away. 9ther online retailers can turn around orders in DAYS, not weeks

Staff helped select a mattress and quoted me a price I was willing to pay. They got the price wrong however and this only came to light when I was asked to put my PIN number into the machine. Actual price was £300 more. No mention of this and no apology when I flagged it. Just we got it wrong - that is the correct price. Needless to say the transaction was cancelled.

THERE WERE 3 STAFF IN THE STORE SITTING , NOANE ELSE IN THE STORE, EXCEPT US BUT THEY DIDN'T CAME TO SAY HI ... MY HUSBAND HAD TO GO AT THE DESK AND ASK FOR HELP BUT THE LADY WAS KIND OF CONFUSED HERSELF. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE OVERALL. WON'T GO THERE AGAIN.

Very unhelpful sales staff. Reluctant to get off chair, seemed like we were disturbing her. Very knowledgeable but expected us to know exactly what we wanted without any guidance. Had to ask to be shown beds, mattresses, etc.

My time in the store was fine but when it came to delivery the bed was delivered without the mattress. I was told the mattress wasn't on the lorry and they'd actually lost it at the depo. I then phoned the depo who never had it in the first place and said it would be another 2 weeks before they could get it delivered.
